At Halo’s, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe is perfect, providing easy exchanges and full refunds to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Halo’s tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
